Moving in the direction of inner harmony is how we create a life that works. Yet we are met with a paradox: to maintain inner harmony and authenticity, we will necessarily need to work on becoming lovingly assertive and well-boundaried. This week explores this idea and offers some processes for getting there.

If we hope to have a satisfying experience dealing with others — especially family members — we must decide in advance who and what we are. What kind of energy do we want to bring to the situation? What feels best to us? To be kind? Caring? Calm? Humorous?
After watching the video, share about how you want to manifest in the coming week. How do you want to feel? How will you get there? What might acting from that place of good feeling look like? What challenges can you likely expect?
