Living Archive of Ralph De La Rosa’s Teachings:

This page gathers recorded courses and teachings by Ralph De La Rosa. These teachings are shared here as a living archive — not as a fixed body of doctrine, but as an ongoing conversation rooted in compassion, trauma-informed care, and embodied meditation practice.

Ralph’s work was shaped by their own lived experience, years of contemplative practice, and a deep commitment to making meditation accessible, relational, and responsive to trauma. These courses reflect different moments in time, different audiences, and different needs. The care and intention beneath them remain constant.

All content belongs to the Ralph De La Rosa Foundation, is for personal use only, and may not be used for any commercial purpose, redistribution, modification, or profit.

These teachings are offered with care and respect for the complexity of human experience. They are not a replacement for professional mental health care.

We encourage all participants to proceed gently, to listen to their own limits, and to seek additional support when needed. Participation is undertaken at one’s own discretion and responsibility.
