About Us

The Ralph De La Rosa Foundation was created with deep care and reverence, in service of preserving and sharing Ralph’s teachings for the benefit of all who feel called to them.

The foundation is honored to steward this work to help ensure that Ralph’s offerings are held and shared with integrity, accessibility, and compassion.

This is made possible through the generosity, trust, and loving collaboration of Ralph’s mother, Sally, whose support has been essential in allowing these teachings to continue to be shared in the spirit they were given.

The Team

The Ralph De La Rosa Foundation is rooted in the wider community that loved and were loved by Ralph: all students, colleagues, teachers, friends, and family. This project is alive, evolving, and deeply grateful for everyone who shared in Ralph’s life and teachings. The three of us listed below have been tending to its early formation.

Tess Felder (she/her)
was Ralph’s teaching assistant for their online courses from 2018 to 2025. She completed their 10-month advanced meditation teacher training course, Amplify, in 2023, and served as their assistant at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in western Massachusetts in January 2025. She has also completed Level 1 training in Internal Family Systems from the official IFS Institute.

Nicole Iverson (she/her) had the joy of subbing for Ralph’s online courses from 2021 to 2025 and serving as their assistant during in-person retreats. She's been learning from Ralph since 2018 and is a proud graduate of their 10-month advanced meditation teacher training, Amplify (2023). She is also a graduate of the IFS Institute’s Foundations for Coaches.

Amanda Ludwig (she/her) worked with Ralph both as a close student starting in 2020 and as their personal assistant from 2021 to 2025. She graduated from Ralph’s 10-month advanced meditation teacher training, Amplify, in 2023 and assisted Ralph with both in-person and online courses and workshops.

“Compassion-centered healing work organically nurtures the best in us as we unburden the weights we carry. Not only can we expand where we had narrowed, we can continue that expansion all the way towards ever-deepening purpose and spiritual radiance.”
