BLISS AND BOUNDARIES
REWIRING THE BRAIN FOR INCREASED
HAPPINESS, APPRECIATION, AND RESILIENCE
This four-week course explores positive mental states. Find out why gratitude lists only kindasorta work and why negative mindloops persist — and what you can do to remedy them. It also spends a week on the crucial skill of saying “no” more often!
Ralph often offered this course as a bridge between the Chrysalis series and the in-depth Coming Home class — or as a one-off to spread inner and outer joy and gratitude. (Ralph also offered a version of this course titled “Resilience Club” and
“High Vibe Neuroplasticity.”)
The course is shared in the spirit in which it was taught: as an invitation to practice, reflect, and build a compassionate internal relationship for the benefit of all.
These teachings are not a replacement for professional mental health care.
We encourage all participants to proceed gently, to listen to their own limits, and to seek additional support when needed. Participation is undertaken at one’s own discretion and responsibility.

BLISS AND BOUNDARIES: Week 1
We might not know how to let go, but the body does. In this session, we look at how the body teaches us through the process of meditation. Before practicing how to take in the good, we start by looking at the goodness already available. This comes in part from connecting to the Earth and to our own bodies.

BLISS AND BOUNDARIES: Week 2
Our neurology is constantly being rewired by our experience and what we give our attention to. Yet we live in a world filled with greed and aggression and where our attention is often manipulated by advertising, etc. We also live in bodies that over-rely on the toxic stress response and generate inaccurately skewed, negative perceptions. So this week we empower ourselves to interrupt this process and begin our neurological evolution.

BLISS AND BOUNDARIES: Week 3
What we pay attention to and the way we’re paying attention to it really matters — in very specific ways with regards to our body’s chemistry. This week, we explore some of the scientific underpinnings of the H.E.A.L. process to bolster our confidence and inspiration for practice.

BLISS AND BOUNDARIES: Week 4
Moving in the direction of inner harmony is how we create a life that works. Yet we are met with a paradox: to maintain inner harmony and authenticity, we will necessarily need to work on becoming lovingly assertive and well-boundaried. This week explores this idea and offers some processes for getting there.
